Signal quality gate

The signal quality index for lead $i$ is the kurtosis-based score

$$\mathrm{SQI}_i = \frac{1}{1 + e^{-(k_i - 5)}}$$

A recording passes when the median over all leads is at least 0.6. See the pipeline figure on the methods page.
